1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 sprig(s) rosemary
1 can(s) (16-ounce) whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 crisp apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
Juice of 1 large lemon
In a blender or food processor, puree cranberry sauce, apples; lemon juice, and rosemary syrup. Finely strain mixture and chill for 1 hour.
Freeze in an ice-cream maker according to manufacturer instructions. Transfer to a chilled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
