  2. You are too funny...I've never been a size 6....but the tone and firmness really make me not feel so bad for eating everything in sight!!
Way to go....it all starts with one day on the treadmill...the trick is to go back tomorrow :)

  3. Ahhh it's all such work isn't it? But look at those results! I wish I had it in me to work out like that! I do eat healthy though so at least I'm doing that part! I've made up all sorts of fantastic and healthy (I'm a vegetarian) dishes that I just love.

Thanks so much for dropping by my blog and for your sweet comments. Happy New Year!

    Hugs,
    Holly

  7. You're a riot, lady. It's a simple matter of inertia. You can do it. I know you can. If you need a cheerleader, let me know. =)

  8. That sofa is sounding better and better after looking at those pictures, Nerina. It will have to be someone else, as I'm hunkered down on the other end of the sofa! ;-)

  10. Hello Nerina,

Well...I have to say that after reading your whole post I feel really, really tired! LOL!

Have you seen Kelly Rippa's workout on Youtube?
It's easy, effective, without using special equipment and you can do it by yourself at home.

    Best,
