Right now.....where I am anyway...the weather is cold and there is tons of snow. The only good thing is that you can cover up with layers and disguise your body.

Before we know it, Spring will be here....yahoo....wait a minute, then we will have to discard the layers and show our true bodies. Are you ready for that!!

I want to wear some pretty ruffled sleeveless tops and dresses this year...don't you
It's time to get off that sofa and shake some bootie, hopefully, to shed a bit of that booty so it won't shake quite so much!!

These are a few of my favorite videos to help you sweat, major plus, you can do them in the comfort and privacy of your own home.....so when you shed those layers, everyone will think you look like that all year long.

Tony Horton, Shaun T and Brett Hoebel...these guys are the infomercial Fitness Gurus. Great programs, but they really kick your butt and you gotta make sure you have a towel and some absorbine junior.
If you want quick results, any of these programs will work...but you really gotta work...they are not for sissies!!

Have some fun today, turn on some music, dance like no one is looking, pop in a DVD, burn calories and feel great!!

i will admit....sadly....i am a non-exercise girl...lol....i watch my diet....but have a hard time doing the exercise to go along with it all!! lol! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

Not much interested in wearing ruffles. But last night I saw the most beautiful women in the world. And none were wearing any make-up or frilly dresses. In fact they were all wearing full hockey gear, and getting Olympic medals.
