a bit of this, a bit of that

Etsy Romance !!

~~

Like yourselves, I love to scour the
world wide web for inspiration,
often I stumble across
a few items that strike my fancy.

Although this is not generally my style,
but you never know (everyone's a romantic)
I would love to kick my outfits up a notch
with a few of these ethereal, lacy, sparkly goodies.
A girl can dream...right...especially on her birthday!!!

Take a poke around these shops
and maybe your fancy will also be struck

VIVID Colors - Fine Arts & Jewelry Design

Every piece of jewelry she creates is one of a kind;
She never crafts an identical one.

Waterlilies
This amazing bracelet is made with pink bamboo coral rondelles, white glass flower beads, nephrite jade beads and antiqued gold tone stamped circle charms, dangling on gold tone chain, finished with a gold tone heart shaped toggle clasp.

September Sunset
This luxurious necklace is made with sparkling amber gold Jablonex crystal beads, one handcrafted mustard and gold organza and satin flower, and brass chain.

Make Me your Queen
An amazing piece of wearable art, this romantic bracelet is made with purple Mother of Pearl and magnesite nuggets, creamy vintage pearls, sparkling faceted and antique flavored, pastel pink Czech glass beads, copper tone seed beads and three gorgeous Bordeaux velvet roses, hand sewn piece by piece on red felt. Two large antique chain links and lilac ribbon are attached to this flirty composition.

Bonheur's Shop

Dreamy, Romantic and Bohemian inspired designs

Fefe
Inspired by the shades of cream lace, this romantic and delicate brooch is made from pieces of tattered tulle, lace with golden thread, black vintage silk, vintage button and brass earring find. Intuitively hand beaded accents.

Tender Muse
She was thinking of Jane Austen's novels when she created this romantic and dreamy cuff. It is made from salvaged vintage silk remnants, piece of metallic embroidered lace and delicate silk ruffle. Adorned with a detail of embroidered vintage pearls, crystals and hand beading.

Galadriel
She was thinking of Galadriel from "Lord of the Rings" when she created these delicate fairy- like earrings. They are made of vintage cotton lace and beaded with small silver seed beads and antique crystals. Tiny silk flowers are from hand- dyed fine silk, for the dangling stamens she used very rare tiny antique cut metallic seed beads. Silver plated hooks.

I feel like letting my hair air dry to soft tendrils
and draping myself in flowing layers of chiffon, tulle and lace
then scampering among the fireflys

Hello....time to wake from my daydream
and wish you all
an enjoyable day filled with whimsy!!

  17. As you probably know, I am not a jewelry person. However, I can still appreciate the beauty of the hand crafted pieces. They are just amazing. I wouldn't mind having them for my collection of jewelry that I don't wear. And Happy Belated Birthday!
